Even just outside is GORGEOUS!!! That's available anytime! NOTE: I was recently told that there is a $50 fee and a form to fill out to shoot here. I believe it was just because there was an outdoor wedding going on there. The photos in this gallery were taken all around the Statehouse and downtown, so keep that all in mind. :)
