The Process for Sessions
PREPARE
After you choose a date and time for your session, fill out the preference guide, so I can create exactly what you want for your session.
CAPTURE
We'll complete your session. I will arrive a few minutes early to set up my equipment. Please let me know if you have changed your mind about a prop or background, or would like to add something in. We can also use any favorite toys, chairs, etc. This is YOUR session. Please help me make it exactly what you want! Full payment of your session fee is due upon completion.
BEAUTIFY
I will edit your photos as soon as my schedule allows - usually within one week. Then I will post them to your own private gallery online for you to view. I will send you an email letting you know your password. Feel free to call or email me to ask for changes to creations, or more creations.
ORDER
Order your photos. You can use the Excel ordering form, or you can simply email me your selections. For example, "Photo 001 - 2 4x6x, 3 5x7s, 1 set of 8 wallets" (You may also choose to print your own photos - just let me know, and I will get you a CD of your images with a print release).
TIMING
I will place your photo order. I order through a professional printing lab in Kansas. Typically, all items are shipped to me within 1-2 days, and come 1-2 days after that from FedEx. Some specialty items take 2-3 weeks.
If you need your prints faster, I can print from a local professional printer. I have samples from all 3 printers I use - please ask if you would like to compare. There may be an additional fee for printing locally,
depending on the sizes and printer you choose.
FINISH
You will receive an invoice from me through email via PayPal or Google Checkout, whichever you chose beforehand.
(If you prefer to pay with cash or check, just let me know.)
RECEIVE
As soon as your invoice is paid and the photos are ready, I will schedule a time to come deliver your photos and CD (or put them in the mail).
FUTURE
Should you ever need to reorder, feel free to do so through me, or by using your CD at any retailer. The print release is on the disc. Ask me for a list of quality printers. I do keep a backup disc of all of my sessions. Should you ever lose your disc, please contact me for a replacement.
