Provide me with the image(s) you want to use (and proof of permission to use it) - $150

Provide me with a link to the image(s) you want to use, and I'll purchase - $175

Tell me what you envision, I'll hunt down images, you pick what you like, and I'll purchase - $200

I create a cover, and you get back to me with any changes you'd like.
