Children are my specialty!  I had 6 1/2 years experience as a children's portrait studio manager before starting my own business.  I have many, many posing ideas, and a vast toolbox of ways to capture beautiful expressions and smiles!  These can be as candid, or as posed as you want - using your home as the backdrop, or backgrounds and props I bring with me!

First thing, plan your session time around naps, feedings, etc.  We want happy kids!
Bring bottles, snacks, drinks, bibs, binkies, etc. with you. 
You never know when it will be comfort time!
Most kids last for 2-3 outfit changes, if you desire. 
Always bring 1 outfit change in case of accidents!
Bring favorite toys, hats, bows, scarves, pets, etc!

Dad's clothes!  Suit coat, dress shirt, ties, work uniform
Mom's clothes!  High heels, purses, dresses, jewelry, make up
Pets!  Get photos with your cuddly friends!
Favorite stuffed animals and toys
Pots, pans, aprons, cookie dough
Vacuum, broom, duster
Bathtub Fun!
